ok here is my problem my sound was working fine i scan my computer with avast becus it was running a little slow. it found win32 trojen it was in like 5 files so i deleted one and the others were system files so i just quaranteend them just in case it messed something up. well it did i have no sound i thought it was muted first so i opened the volume control and got this message.

there are no active mixer devices available. to install mixer devices go to
control panel.
this program will close now.

when i try and restore the files
kernel32.dll
winsock.dll 2 of these
wsock32.dll

i get this error

what it is being used by i don't know

i tried a system restore and it got to the part where it restarts and it says unable to do system restore try a different restore point i did this 3 times and it is not working i figure it is probably something simple i just cant figure it out

any help would be great if u need any more info i will provide it

i have fixed the problem by removing and reinstalling my sound drivers
