Hi to all,
the sound on my built-in laptop speakers does not cut out when I plug in headphones in the headphone socket. This is because some $"£%!£ has broke the headphone socket on my laptop. I do however still get sound through my headphones still so Im wondering is there any other way of cutting the sound out manually on my laptop speakers while getting sound through my headphones???? I have already been to a variety of technicians to get the socket fixed but i've been quoted silly prices so Im seeking a possible cost effective solution I have a hp dv8387ea laptop if thats any help.
