Question Shrunk hard drive

Tried adding a 4Gb hard drive to my system, and the computer recognised it as a 62.5 Mb drive. Why is it doing this?

It's either space limitation or the 4 GB HD is having too much bad sectors that it went down to 62.5 MB after low level format(s)

ya sure, one of friends was using a 4 GB HD and he slipped it and got it back from the ground, he low leveled it, and then couldn't get more than 125 MB out of it and it was extremely slow.

If all this were bad sectors, I think you should start using the HD as a Mug Holder, where you put your cup of tea on
