Well I reinstalled the cpu twice two see if i could get the cpu temp down 54/62.
Not much success however.
The temps:
In the Bios
Chase Temp 36
CPU Temp External 46
CPU Temp on the Die 62

In Windows
CPU temp 59

Chase 44

Room temp 96 F feels like 100 F
