Logitech S510 Keyboard & Mouse (DRIVER HELP)

So I bought the the logitech S 510 keyboard and mouse the other day, it works fine, but i went to install the software so i can change my settings, set hot keys, and all the fun stuff.

I install the software and it says it installs successfully, i go to the start menu and click the logitech program to change settings but it get an error that says "side by side configuration is incorrect." Does anybody know what to do or how to fix this? I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting my computer, but nothing is working.

please help =(

May be some extra Microsoft software you need. I've read that some installed the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package and that error went away. I have the same keyboard/mouse combo and haven't had this problem. Which OS are you using?
