Exclamation Windoes Xp On flash drive

can some1 please tell em hoe to make the windows Xp install avaible on a flash drive.
so what i mean is that i have "burned" the windows installer on a flashdrive so i can boot it from the FD and install it from there instead of CD

All you have to do is make an ISO file from the disk using PowerISO or MagicISO and drop it to the flash drive.

and if i boot the FD in my Bios it'll install XP?

thats good cuz a friend of mine need this alternative so one last time Win Xp.iso + FD = Win Xp cd w/o CD
