Hi.
My friend has got a Macbook Pro, and he has just bought the Z-5500 from logitec. Put the sound only plays from two speakers even though he has bought an optical wire that connects his speakers to the mac. We've tried to change the setting for the sound, but we cant ghange it to optical out. Please help. Thanks |

I don't have to change any settings for my optical output, it should just work. Do macbookpros have 2 optical ports? 1 in 1 out? Is it plugged in the correct one? Have you set the z5500s to play in one of their surround sound configs? ie, it says PLII Music/Movie instead of stereo? Can't be anything else as far as i can think
