Default Vista x64....cpu usage problem

Hi,

i just formatted my hard drive and installed Vista Ultimate x64 and its running great and seems alot faster.

however one problem,I noticed my cpu usage on both cores constantly stay around 52% cpu usage on IDLE

before when i was using the 32 bit of ultimate it would use only 2-3% on both cores idle?

whats going on?

heres my Task manager....it seems to be eating more ram too?

on the 32 bit version it would eat around 800mb idle but now over 1GB

Looks like its aero glass effect (dwm.exe) ...but still in the 32 bit version it didnt eat this much?

The process using so much of the CPU appears to be the setup .exe for an Epson printer. You can delete the setup file, if you've already installed the drivers..
