To do this you use a "Remote DESKTOP" or "VNC" program, which needs o be installed on each computer..., the one you are sitting at and the one you want to connect to.

Some versions of windows come with this software like n Windows XP Profesional, where it is located at Start\AllPrograms\Accessories\Communications\Remot eDesktop

There are also many other programs available that will do this, some you have to pay for and others are free.

At work i use "Symantec PC Anywhere" to connect to other computers on our network and to dial-in to computers in other states/suburbs.
