Default Wins Vista + Itune's Help

My sister and my friend both got Windows Vista and have had problems with combatibilty issues but the most annoying one was with Itune's

Everytime they opened it it would load for awhile then come up with a APPCRASH error.

If searched on the internet and found somewhere that its to do with ever a normal vista issue or a random issue from confliction with Itune's and Quicktime.

If anyone ever has had this issue or has a way to fix it I'd really like an answer , as im sure everone else would too.

Il also get a screen shot of the error report soon.

I have the latest ITunes 7.6 release on Vista here without one problem seen. If you can post a screen shot or simply the error maessage that will be a help. It may only take a removal then fresh install to get past the problem being seen.

HI,
Me too. I'm running iTunes on Vista 32 bit Ultimate with no problems. This seems to be just your machine. I did download a fresh iTunes when I was installing the OS and all my applications. If you do this be sure to take steps to not destroy your music library. It really should not be a problem if you are a little careful. Consult iTunes Help. The new iTunes is able to use the old library.

Removing ITunes to see a fresh reinstall won't delete media files you have stored in a folder. That will only need to see new playlists created later. But the 7.6 release is one preferred here since WMP 11 is a total waste! Media Player Classic or PowerDVD for dvds and video files while ITunes for audio works.

Il try and get a error message from my sis

Also you guys dont no but both pc's are pre made so they havent had the OS installed by them selfs so i think thats were the problem is coming from.

And i just remembered that in the error message it said something about quicktime even though it was itunes that crashed.

O and they have both unistalled itunes and quicktime at least 10 times so that doesnt help.
