I used to use it for all of the overclocking on my ATI card, but now i have an nvidia don't (even though you can). ATI Tool is supposed to have issues with overclocking new cards so i just stick use Rivatuner. I dunno what's better for overclocking.

Nice tutorial

The only thing i would suggest to some, is that on most graphic cards you won't need to mess with the fan because most will change automatically according to temperature. Also, 100% fan on some video cards can be dangerous and kill the fan quickly.

OK, I'll edit it to include that. On my 8800GTS 320mb it doesn't really change fan speeds much when on auto,
