Default keyboard doubled up buttons

Hey,
I have an Advent(pc world) wireless keyboard and mouse set. When i push some keys on the keyboard it does two processes. Fopr example if i press the k key i also get the # symbol so everytime i press k i get this k# which leads on to the next problem if i press the back space it effectivly does nothing as it put ] this symbol in then deletes just that out so i end up with nothing happening. Also when i put in a common it presses enter so i end up woith a line break and a comma. Is this a hardware problem or have i changed some software and made this happen. This is a pplug and play set
Many thanks Chris

Unhappy

Hi, sorry in advance because I do not have a solution to your problem ... BUT i can offer you some sympathy!!! I Own a Saitek Eclipse which had a similar problem .. When i pressed 'B' I got 'B4' etc which proved INCREDIBLY annoying! As you can imagine. But if its any consolation .. you arent alone . I had it to bits and could see no problem with it. All i can think is that it developed some kind of mapping issue. I had used it for nearly a year before this started. Sorry again for being no help .
