Default Want to Delete Dual Boot

I am running both XP and Vista... and like so many people, i decided that vista really isnt worth it. So like an idiot, i deleted the partition with Vista on it thinking that it would solve my problem. But i soon found out that it still thinks that Vista is on there, but it really isnt. It still brings up the dual boot start menu. How do i totally get rid of vista now that i deleted the partition?

You can remove it from the boot.ini file so it wont display on startup or I would advise you to use boot manager.
