Default Windows XP Dark Edition

Has anyone used this. I just got it and I have installed it yet, cause I dont really want to do a partition (have Vista on one drive, XP on another). I dont want to waste my time if its not worth it. If you have used it, do you like it?

Wow...that has malware written all over it, and highly illegal to boot. Steer clear.

Don't mess with it... just forget about it. It's definitely an illegal version and almost definitely is malicious.

It's illegal because someone took commercial software made by Microsoft, modified it, and distributed it for free via torrents without any permission from MS. If you want an OS for free I suggest you look into Ubuntu Linux... it's free AND legal.

EDIT: It wouldn't be illegal for me to BUY a legit copy of XP and modify it for personal use (unless there's something I don't know about in the license) ,but it WOULD be wrong for me to get XP, modify it and put it on the internet for free. So, in answer to your question, it's illegal both ways.

using third party applications to modify the OS is not illegal, but to modify the source code of Windows (good luck decompiling Windows) would be illegal.
