Bit Torrent Help

I, in my state of un-knowingness, have turned to the Computer Forum for help: How do i use utorrent 1.7.7? I started using torrents about 5 minutes ago, and i wanted to see if i could find a faster download of ubuntu 7.10, the website's download fluctuated from 30kb/s to 70kb/s to 20 kb/s.

What did I tell you? Dont speak of torrents!! Maybe it's alright b/c ubuntu isnt illegal to download but still.

I dont know if I can say this but, dont use torrents. Shell out like 15-20 bucks and get Rapidshare account.
