i need help on setting up Mozilla Thunderbird, every time i create a new account when i try to send a message i keep getting the message that the outgoing server is not right, but i don't understand, what you are supposed to do with the incoming and outgoing servers how can i get it to work

You need to configure them to your mail servers.

If it's an ISP email, it's usually pop.[ISP Here].com/.net/, w/e it is

The outgoing is usually SMTP.[ISP here].com/net/ w/e

I've actually been having the same issue. How do I set it up if it is not an ISP e-mail? For example, how would I set it up with my hotmail account?

Hotmail and Yahoo do not offer POP access (what is needed for Thunderbird) unless you pay for their premium accounts. Gmail does, with full instructions here:
