Changing over computers

First of all i dont know 0ne single thing about computers so please dont flame me

I have a laptop and have just bought a new one. Now then im in the process of trying to get all my important documents, files, pics, songs etc from my old computer to my new computer......is there an easy way to do this???????

...also im sorry if this is totally the wrong section to post this topic in..

Windows has a Files and Settings Transfer wizard that will help. Google it.
