I think you've fabricated the truth a little here, if we work it out, 472Kbps is almost exactly 59Kb/s, so if you left it transferring for precisely 1 second, and then captured the screen, that's what you would get, and of course it says 62 days, it's hardly had enough time to be able to calculate a real time if you've only been transferring for 1 second...

Re-Take the screenshot at 50% and then post it here...

My ISP has been playing me up all day. Internet keeps going on and off, I have to reconnect every 5 minutes!

Dial-up or something? Go with Charter!! No problems here and I get very close to 5mbs which is what I pay for!! I get about 4850kbs which is almost 5mbs, right?

he's uploading.... 59Kb/s is actually quite respectable for a normal ADSL line

Dragon is kinda right, these were the first few minutes, then the speed kinda increased to2-25kbps. The file was uploaded in like some15 minutes
