Ok, when my comp was new and I pushed the on button, it would come up with the desk top on monitor, now after I did something "wrong", when I start it a box with the work "owner" comes up, when I go to control panel it goes in to the pass word stuff, witch I don't want either, I just want the comp. to come on with the deck top showing.

that was some English..lol
the only way you're gonna get a log in screen is either you have 2 or more normal user accounts or you have a password on your own account. so do you know how many accounts you have ? just go to cotrol panel / user accounts and remove the password so that it logs straight in
