Default Is this a good deal?

Someone has offered to sell me a self-built desktop for $45 dollars with these specs:

AMD Athlon 1GhZ
512MB RAM
Radeon 9250 Chipset RX9250-T128
8GB HD (I'll have to upgrade that)

Is it a good deal?

For under $50, if you could put it to use, I'd say go for it.

I sure could put it to use! My current rig is junk (Intel Celeron, 246MB RAM 512 Max and a junky graphics card.) How good is the graphics card in that rig anyway... I get the idea that it's pretty sweet.

I'm not a gamer, so that's OK. If only it had SSE2...

That's a perfect deal, go for it. The processor by itself would cost you around $25-35
