Default Dive not matching Partition Size

My drive containing XP is not the size of the partition its in. What can I do to fix this? The 7.81 Partition contains Ubuntu and the 1.95 is Linux Swap.

It says the same thing. GParted is saying there is 16.93GB ununsed (free). Which is the same amount of free space windows is telling you is there.

edit: oh I see what you are talking about now...I'm not sure, it looks like something weird is going on though because your sd4 properties also say there is 69.8GB used. Are you able to delete and recreate the partition?
