yea that looks good.
but i would get the E2160 or the E2140 because they overclock alot further, the E2160 an E2140 will OC to 3.0GHz fairly easy.
if u can change your HDD to a western digital or a seagate.

Get a after market cpu fan.
ocuk is slightly more expensive. check other website, e.g. ebuyer, cclonline, dabs, microdirect for the price.
