i have a legitimate copy of premium upgrade home, but im getting the full version, can i sell my copy of vista or is it licensed to me ?

IIRC as long as you haven't stuck it on any machine its Ok to sell

You should be able to sell it as long as you dont make a profit off of it. And make sure its completely un-installed off your comp.

PC's dont come with the original installer anyways so you can rule out the OEM.

You know what? I would just stay on the safe side and not sell operating systems and software unless you get a written OK from the company. Just to be safe...some companies don't mind it much and some companies whine like a baby.
