Default Wanting 64-Bit OS, but which copy?

What all do I need to buy to get my OS to Vista 64-Bit? I have a OEM version 32-Bit and I can't upgrade to 64-Bit. When I search NewEgg...I see a bunch of different version of 64-Bit Vista. I would like Ultimate but Home Premium is plenty for me. I just want to buy the right OS. Any help will be appreciated:

P.S. Do I need to buy a copy of 32-Bit and another copy of 64-Bit to upgrade to?

So which one of these links are the full version. I'm looking for the full version not the upgrade.

If it says it's an UPGRADE version then that's NOT what you want. Both of your links are full versions.
