Default Bluescreen after 60min + away from pc

Well the bluescreen doesn't happen when I'm active on pc, but when I leave it for an hour more or less it will give me the bluescreen 0x0000004e I googled this and found out that you can change the ForceHCResetOnResume in your registry to fix this but it also says that at default its set to 0. But when I did what they said I had one it was at 3 and it was hexidecimal or whatever when this page says change to 1 and have it on decimal. Please help should I change it to what this page says? http://support.microsoft.com/KB/945577

The change from "0" to "1" when going to modify the registry value pointed out in the support article is direct from Microsoft there. You can always disable the tweak seen there if it fails to see results by simply going back in to hightlight that specific DWORD type key and click on edit>modify to see it reset to "0".

Apparently this is a known error with the setting change there being recommended by MS directly. That would be the first thing to look at.
