Default laptap problem please help..

hello..please help me..i have my laptap here morethan 3 months i didnt use it..now when i used it,my laptap had no display,,the hard drive is working i dont know whats going on please help me..

First of all I hope you can see this.. (when does the display go? If it is when you turn on your computer and nothing appears..... take it back). If it shows windows logo and then cuts out then run in diagnostic with limited graphics and see if that helps, if it does use this to update your drivers,( google your drivers. found in.. start..control panel.. system, hardware, device manager, uninstall. make sure you have the new driver downloaded on your hard disk ready to install after you have uninstalled the crap driver install boot and go.) Any other info would help..
