i had a similiar issue, it took like 14 seconds to get my comp booted up to run, now it takes 2-3 minutes. last time it happend i poppen in a repair disk and it was fine. i'm going to do that again.

Did you just plug and play the HDDs? As in take the HDD from one computer and put it in another one?

Good. Just remember that HDDs are not like video cards (plug n' play)...

If you do, either reformat it or try and do a repair.
