getting my hands on windows 2000

hey my neighbour fecked up her windows 2000 comp, its nothing fancy but i told her that if i can get a copy of windows2000 for her and reinstall it for her then i would but where wud i get it?

and also will i have to make a boot disk with this?

It's quite safe. I purchased Windows 98 SE off EBAY and it comes with a boot floppy aswell as manuals and COA

If the PC has a Win2000 COA sticker on it you can get a disk from anywhere (if 'ya know what I mean).
Just use the key attached to the machine (COA sticker).

Actually, Windows 2000 does not have any protection like how XP does. So you can illegally get one and still be able to get updates.
