I actually just had this issue on my work pc and it was the video card....when i had this issue on my home pc it turned out to be the PSU...luckily for me, i have so many pc parts i was able to swap one in to see if it worked or not......find an old video card and throw it in there, see if its working.....after that, i'd def try to swap out the PSU, as i've had that go as well, and theya ll normally show the same symptons.

ive tried booting up without the Ram. its fairly new too..
search memory test?

well ive swapped out my PSU back with my old one. same problem. ill try to swap my video card today..

Yeah it sounds like it could be the video card.... but then again you could be the mobo because there is no beeping.

Standoffs, unsufficient PSU, dead RAM, dying RAM, hardware conflict, bad GFX, 6pin not plugged in, 4pin 12V not plugged in, 12V needs to be unplugged (... weird I know, but some mobos don't like them)...

say my mobo is bad.. if i try a differnt gfx card in it can it eff up that card?
