With OEM yes. Got mine from overclockers.

Sorry, I meant if I already have a 32bit version and wanted to get a 64bit...

Supposedly if you have OEM you have to go through the manufacture of your pc!!

I have the OEM version, is that a problem?

Also, Do you know how much it is?
And... It says this;
