Default Up for some packet tracer?

Anyone want to help me out a bit, im trying to figure this packet tracer out. It wants me to subnet and I do, but for some reason I guess its wrong. Could someone complete it and explain to me what I screwed up on?

Are you talking about a program that actually traces packets or are you talking about Cisco's network simulation program called Packet Tracer?
