Default Does anyone make build your own computer kit?

I would like to build my own computer, does newegg or anyone else sell a kit that has everything you need to build your own computer?

If you wanted to go that route I guess you could go with what most call there Barebone Systems.

Some of the tiger systems still need some case fans, memory, and sometimes a video card.
