Default what rubbish can be delete for win xp

actually i wonder what rubbish can be delete for win xp so that the window can run smoothly and faster i know (c:\window\prefetch),(temp folder) can be delete but...any others???

internet history and like you said the temp files. Any unused programs you have can be deleted to free up some disk space.
