Exclamation Sonic CD: That famous file is missing. Help!

Ok, this, first:
I tried this a long time ago. I can't remember everything correctly. Once I try it out again (as soon as I can), I'll tell you the name of the file.

This second:
Sonic was the first VG I layed my eyes on, and I literally grew up with him. We were born the same year. Ever since I've played and beat just about every Sonic game and I've had a blast... Exept for one.

Sonic CD.

When I upload and put it on my computer, on the end it says to install "so-and-so file". "File is missing". "Re-install the game and it may work"

It doesn't.

I've heard that the file is actually quite popular for missing for some games, Sonic CD being on of them. Once I try this again, I'll tell you specificly what file it is, and hopefully you can give me a direct link so I can download it. Or, you may already know what I'm going thru and give me the file right off. (I hope so) HOWEVER, before I download it, I want it confirmed from a fellow good member or MOD that that's what it relly is and not something else. My computer's already went thru enough already... And it's only been 2 years!

Ok, here is what happens:
ssp.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point SMapLS_IP_EBP_12 could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

SONICCD.EXE - Unable to Locate Component
This application has failed to start because DINO2D.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. (It doesn't, believe me, I've tried, and now I'm gonna try again)

Ok, if I do a full installation, at the end it seems to have done OK, but after returning from the installation wizard it has the Sonic CD folder open, however, it says "ssp.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close". My brother had always said to say "Don't Send". I have no idea why, but....

Anyway, with the minimun installation, it says the same thing.

Even if I unInstall and re-install.... same thing there.

The 'spp.exe has encountered a problem' comes up when a menu box thing called "DirectX Install" is there. I 'spose the problem is there.

Is the CD just corrupt or is there an actual problem that I can fix?

And you WILL help me. Now.

DO IT!!!

And to answer your questions, what's the secs and your Windows Version?

Uhh, use English, please. Don't mean to sound offending if you really are foreign.
Well, I've decided against playing the game... I still want to, but I can't.
And ROMs are illegal and you just told the world you own some. You can get fined thousands, didja know?

I hate it when people barly ever buy games and get always get the rom.

I'm ok with it when its a really rare game for the super nintendo or something, that you can't really get.

I can try and get the file for you later.

Ok. Thanks. (OLD POST LOL)
Well, cough, yeah, I think I still have a SMRPG you-know-what on my computer from years past. I have searched for the game for a VERY LONG TIME, and I still am, but no luck whatsoever.
I got rid of all my ROMs a long time ago, exept for SMRPG. ALot of people don't relize they're bad, but...
Anyway, let's get back on topic. I think. o.o;
