If you don't need tripple SLI then get the 780i...

And as far as the GT being better than the GTS (92 core) you need to do some research.

780i is also triple-sli. There is very little performance difference between 750i and 780i. The big difference is triple-sli.

Ok I changed that GT on the list to a GTS. Did I get the "new good" GTS?

If you not prepare to run SLi, why don't you get P35 Motherboard and save some $$. intel chipset is better overclocking.
Or if you really want to run SLi, 750i not running both card at full speed. What's the point?

For thermal paste, Arctic cooling MX-2 is better than AS5

DVD burner: why don't you get SATA interface?

Agree 100%.

I'd just get the X38 though...

I don't plan on overclocking anything. I have had some bad experiences with overclocking in the past.

I changed that to an SATA DVD burner.

the ram you picked.

your getting 4x1 sticks of kingston ram.
they have cas latency 7!!!

they are useless.
AND THEY COST 159 BUCKS!

you will have a lot less problems using 2gb sticks.
here, these are cas latency 4. excellent speed. no need to overclock or nothing.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227267

plus, they are only 79 dollars after rebate.

They are DDR2 800. That motherboard says DDR2 1066 1.8v. Isn't it important to stick to those specifications?

Foxconn makes a P35 Crossfire so you might wanna check that out. It doesn't run at full PCI-e speed. Just a side note.

And I agree to get a single PCI-e mobo, that way you can just get 1 good card and whenever you need to upgrade just get a better one. No hassles to replace both cards.
