Need new Video card

my motherboard is ASUS X Series P4S8X-X and currently im using geforce 2 mx 200 and i want to change to radeon 9700
and my question is it my motherboard compatible with the video card or i have to change my motherboard

Yes, the Radeon 9700 will fit perfectly in that motherboard.
