I'll probably be building a computer for someone soon but theyre gonna be take to a university in Mexico so he wants the OS to be in spanish, is there a way to change it to spanish or does it have to come like that?

during installation, it asks u what language and stuff.

I don't think you can change the language during the installation. You can change the date style, currency and keyboard language but I'm not sure about the language itself.

You can't choose the language during installation. Regional settings&keyboard layout and such, yes, but not the actual language...
