Default Final Decision on a new graphic card

I'm currently running on a NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT and I been wanting to change to a better card. Have my eyes on these two, which one should I get??

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127325

or

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130317

Or maybe I should wait a while for further price drops?

looking to play games like Crysis, Gears of War, MOH Modern Warfare, Assassin Creed, Bioshock and Clover Barker's Jericho.

Please, if you have any other advices/ suggestions please tell me! I been dying to get a new card but couldnt make up my mind... please help me!! thanks!!!

the 8800GTS 512M is way better than the 640M one.
the 512M has a newer core (G92) an has much faster clock speeds defently get the 512M 8800GTS

yeah definatly

but i got an idea for you

The New ATI cards are bound to be released soon. When they do, Nvidia will either
A) Create new cards to smash ati
B) drop prices on older cards and newer as theyll need to compete

now this apparently is supposed to happen in may - july

If you can wait, i guess you should

If you cant, 8800GTS 512mb is the way to go from them 2
