Default Insert databetween records using Access

hello all,
I'd a table on MS Access with about 2000 records its somehow kind of Glossary, I want to add a word can I insert a record between records (not at the end, using the static way?

yeah you can,since one word does not ave any variables attached to it, yes
you need to go in design view for this

I don't mean to add new variables, my database is a list of glossary from A to Z, and I want to edit the data to add a new record to the C List. how could I do that?

can't you just right-click somewhere in between those records and click new record ?

edit : whoops does not work !!
acess is reading the data and sorting them alphabetically.

you could do with a subform though, did i get you right ? (easier if i was working on the DB myself )
