I've heard that because they have such a high multiplier, they are great overclockers. I guess i'll have to wait and find out

and Geoff heres a question, do you think the OS affects the overclock at all? Cause I switched back to XP and was wondering if I could push my E2160 a little bit more. I don't know

It shouldn't, if the CPU isn't stable under one OS then I wouldn't consider it stable at all.
