Default Cutting Holes in Plexi Glass

Guys,
I'm going to modify a side panel and add a 120mm intake fan. What is the best method to drill the required hole in the plexiglass? I'd appreciate any help I can get with this project. Thank you.

Thanks for the positive feedback. I guess I need to invest on one of those chrome wire grill guards to keep fingers and whatnot from getting into the fan blades.

BTW, I love this case.
