Default Buying some RAM Crucial vs Dell

I just bought a DIM 8400 with 512mb(2 stick) of RAM running at 400mhz. People keep telling me that Crucial RAM are a lot better. Between these 2 deals which one would you buy?

looks like the same thing to me, but see if you could find the CAS latencies. I'd go with the crucial probably.
