Default Windows Vista?

New here and I potentially have a dumb question. Please bear with me if it is.

Is it possible to get Windows Vista without Windows Media Player?

If so, is there a link I could review?

I am following the EU judgement against Microsoft and haven't been able to find a straight answer to this question.

Thank You.

"Home Basic N" and "Business N" editions of Windows Vista ship within the European Union (EU) without Windows Media Player, in accordance with EU sanctions brought against Microsoft for violating anti-trust laws.

Here is a link to buy vista home basic N
