This is the video card my family's PC uses (Vista), but I don't know whether or not that is good. I don't have much experience with ATI, so could anyone give me a nVidia comparison to this card? ^_^ Thanks in advance.

Your card's nVidia equal is the 7300GT. It's good for general usage and videos, but you'll only be able to play newer games at medium or low settings.
