Default Download Question?

If your downloading multiple things...like say 4 or 5 different parts to the SAME thing...If you start the download simultaneously on all of them could it effect or cause any errors?

Do you mean to say that you are downloading the file part by part?
If so, then the download speed will be much faster than the download speed when the file is downloaded as a whole.

The file is segmented and is downloaded seperately and then merged to form the complete file. This is a type of FTP. Commonly found in FTP softwares such as FlashGet.

And no, the file rarely gets corrupted.

Im not talking about anything illegal, the file type is a .RAR and I extract with 7zip and I was just wondering if it would be fine to start all 5 downloads simultaneously without any problems...

you should be just fine as long as you don't try to extract the .rar file until you have all parts of the file downloaded.

You could download as many files at once as you wanted (As much as your bandwidth allowed. hehe.)

No it won't cause errors, you can be doing multiple things on the network at once and your packets will still arrive at the correct destination.
