Default need help with Foxconn 8800 GTS

I just got a new graphics card and installed the updates from the cd, got directx 9.0, i then start call of duty 4 and it wont let me put my Anti-alliasing past 4, texture detail and water detail cant go past normal??

These are the settings i had on my 7600.

Call of Duty only goes up to normal. There is no "high" setting, and I believe 4 is the max. If you want to test it, get Crysis

you can use ntune to increase the settings beyond the application settings too.
