Default another problem...gee

Well my computer is still working fine except when i play any game newer then call of duty.

Call of duty works fine except that i can't play on any punkbuster server and it kicks me out for 0 minutes whenever i try to. Call of duty 2 and Farcry both freeze on me and i have to restart the computer, and then when it restarts the screen has artifacts, it flashes and when it comes back on it say my display driver atikmdag has recovered or something like that.

I'm assuming its an ati driver problem on my 3850. I originally oc'd it with the overclock utility just slightly and it was working perfectly, let me play cod2 for a while and then when i tried to play cod2 again it did this to me so i restored default clocks and the only time it does anything wierd is when i try to play cod2 or farcry.

I'm 90% sure its just a driver problem because the card is working perfectly other then that.

I'm using the latest drivers from ATI, so should i use a different set of driver and if yes what drivers should i use? Or is it some other issue?
