Question this good for price?

Decent I guess, but you could probably build for a hundred or two cheaper. Plus not being able to overclock dirties the deal since Intel processors can overclock so much.

these computers might not actully have a locked multiplier, people said that if you hit alt and f1 in the bios you see hidden objects

It does, it's the processor that determines whether or not the multiplier is locked upwards, not the motherboard.

You can not raise the multiplier on the Q9300.

The only half way decent thing on there is the processor and the card!! The rest is most likely junk!! The mobo, ram, and hdd are all going to be slow!!

personaly i wouldnt buy it,i would go for a system with an e8400 with 2gb 800Mhz ram and a decent gfx card.

the ram in that system above is only 667mhz which will hold you back especialy if your planning on oc.

also to note that they have stuck a 400Watt psu in that system with a 8800GT ,i wouldnt say that would last too long
