Default internet is fast, but search engines dont work...

i cant search anything on the internet, yahoo, google, firefox, explorer, photobucket, myspace, they just dont seem to pull up pages at all... but if i go to like ebay or forums craigslists or a few others they work just fine. is there a way to reset internet settings completely? or maybe uninstalling firefox completely and reinstalling a different version? is there a way to completely uninstall explorer as well? i think i tried but didnt succeed with deleting explorer 100% i might have to reformat but its such a pain!

I had that issue ended up having a new malware called Virtumonde.dll part of the .luv strain.

I would also try to download Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware and run the scan in safe mode takes about 45 mins to do a full scan but it does the job perfectly
