ok thats better. This lappy is perfect for browsing the internet. Not any intensive applications or anything though. WIRELESS internet wont really matter, its basically internet so no worries. If u wanna look up somehting on Wikipedia its perfect. U may need to buy Wireless adapter if u dont already have one.

Lets say you get verizon (or any other dsl/cable internet company). They will give you something called a MODEM:

You will plug the phone line witht he internet connection in the MODEM. The modem will have an ethernet connection (the yellow cable) that plugs into the computer. If u want wireless internet or u want the internet on more than one computer you get a wireless ROUTER:

the ethernet cable form ur modem will be removed from ur comp and will be plugged into this baby. After that u got wireless internet after a simple setup process. For wireless, some laptops come with adaptors built in (the newer ones). but urs definietly does not so you would need this:

usb

PCI

both will give u basically the samething. 2 diff flavors both the same thing though.

you plug these into the comp u want ur internet on. so thats it.
